Some Health Savings Account will pay for Professional Coaching Sessions. Please check with your company. Many clients are successfully able to use their HSA. Using HSA depends on the company you use. You would need to speak with your HSA provider. Coaches are not able to provide CPT or any diagnostic codes.
Individual Coaching:
There is an Initial free phone or video 20 min session available for every new client I speak with. After the initial free session, A 45/50-minute session is $65. A video link will be emailed.
Brainspotting sessions:
*IF YOU HAVE NEVER worked with me before, please book and complimentary one time 20-min session. These individual sessions are for 80 min and is $75. A video link will be emailed.

COACHING PACKAGES - INDIVIDUAL
This is for individuals (NOT couples coaching) looking to have consistent sessions and strive towards their goals.
Bronze:
This is for four (4) individual coaching sessions. Often used as an intro period, and for those serious about starting their healing journey. You will book your first session, then inform Stephanie the remaining 3 dates you would like (some choose the same weekly day/date). Dates/availability will be visible on my website. Once remaining 3 slots are decided, please inform me so I can block off those times. Terms & Conditions: 4 sessions would need to be used within 6 weeks of payment. You are able to reschedule 1/4 sessions in case of an emergency.

This is for eight (8) individual coaching sessions. Recommended for those serious about starting their healing journey, Life-coaching/goal setting needed, experiencing grief, needing to vent, validation, anger work, etc. You will book your first session, then let Stephanie know the remaining 7 dates you would like to claim. Most choose same weekly day & time. Terms & Conditions: You must use all 8 appointments within 10 weeks of payment. Disclosure prep for betrayed partners
It is imperative to properly prepare to receive a disclosure. In some cases, there is no preparation with a professional and has been known to cause more trauma. If booking with me, we will have a step-by-step process of in-session prep, homework assignments, psychoeducation, exploring outcomes, planning and check-in sessions. The number of sessions to needed can be hard to gauge. Every client's needs and prep time can be different. The estimated time would be a minimum of 10 to about a maximum of 20 sessions.
PLEASE BOOK 80 min. sessions for Disclosure Prep:
Due to the strenuous work that goes into preparing to receive a disclosure, 45/50-minute sessions are not sufficient. 80-minute sessions will help support check-ins, assignments, prep work, grounding time and questions.
Admin Package-For Disclosure Prep
-This is for every partner who is going to hire Stephanie as a Disclosure Guide. Please purchase this package when you are ready to begin the disclosure process. 5 sessions of 45-minute admin time. These would be used for Stephanie to block off her schedule for time to research polygrapher, coordinate with betraying partners' professional & proof-reading the disclosure document.
Disclosure Day Rates
The day of disclosure would need to be invoiced for a minimum of 4 hours. This deposit blocks off the day and is non-refundable. Any disclosure that is longer than this time will be billed at an hourly rate afterwards. For example, if the disclosure is 4 hours and 30 minutes long, you will be billed for that 30 minute as a complete hour.
Disclosure Day Rate = $90 per hour
Saturday Rate = $100 per hour
