Some Health Savings Account will pay for Professional Coaching Sessions. Please check with your company. Many clients are successfully able to use their HSA. Using HSA depends on the company you use. You would need to speak with your HSA provider. Coaches are not able to provide CPT or any diagnostic codes. Coach Stephanie Lynn is not responsible for any HSA denials from clients HSA provider, pay at your own risk if HSA account being used. Thank you.
Sliding Scale:
Please don’t let finances prevent you from working with me. I always keep 3 sliding scale spots open. If cost is a concern, reach out and let me know what rate you’re able to afford per session. We can find something that works within those available spots.

DISCLOSURE PRICING
Prep for betrayed partners
Proper preparation is essential for receiving a disclosure. Without professional guidance, disclosure can sometimes cause additional trauma. When booking with me, we follow a step-by-step process that includes in-session preparation, homework assignments, psychoeducation, exploring outcomes, planning, and check-in sessions.
The number of sessions needed varies depending on each client’s unique needs and prep time. Typically, the process takes a minimum of 10 sessions and may extend up to 20 sessions.
You may book:

45–50 minute sessions, as needed

75–80 minute sessions, as needed
Many clients prefer weekly sessions once entering the disclosure prep phase. This helps secure consistent appointment times and ensures continuity. Coaching packages are often the best place to start.
Disclosure Day Rates
The day of disclosure would need to be invoiced for a minimum of 4 hours. This deposit blocks off the day and is non-refundable. Any disclosure that is longer than this time will be billed at an hourly rate afterwards. For example, if the disclosure is 4 hours and 30 minutes long, you will be billed for that 30 minute as a complete hour.
